At Cycle Limited, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or gear within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
