Every bicycle undergoes a rigorous 50-point mechanical inspection by our certified technicians. We ensure that the drivetrain, frame integrity, and braking systems meet our high-performance standards before they are listed.
What is your shipping policy for complete bicycles?
We offer professional packing and fully insured shipping across the continental United States. Bikes are partially disassembled for safety and typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on used bikes?
Yes, Cycle Limited provides a 30-day mechanical warranty on all certified pre-owned bikes. This covers any unforeseen mechanical defects that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.
Can I trade in my current bike?
Absolutely. You can use our online valuation tool to receive an estimate. Once we verify the condition of your bike, you can apply that value as a credit toward any new or pre-owned model in our inventory.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day 'Ride It and Love It' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping costs and a standard restocking fee.
Do the bikes come with pedals?
